Bob Mitchell

Bob Mitchell has been an associate minister at CPCC since 2005 and currently serves part-time as worship minister. His "day job" is with The Salvation Army in Bloomington. He is also in his eighteenth year as director of theatre arts and speech for the Tri-Valley Schools in Downs, staging four productions each year. Bob enjoys live theatre, movies, great books and good conversation. His degree is in music and Bible, and he especially enjoys encouraging others to discover joy in worship. One of Bob's favorite Scripture passages is found in I Peter 1.8 & 9: Though you have not seen Him, you love Him; and though you do not see Him now, you believe in Him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, for you are receiving the goal of your faith - the salvation of your souls.
